REWILDING SASH
Finding a new life, finding a new home
Why "Rewilding Sash"
I'm Saska Hayes, a 31-year-old new zealander passionate about building a new career by full-time volunteering abroad. I left lawyering and took a leap of faith and moved to Africa to build a new career, despite not knowing exactly what I wanted that career to be. Along the way, I’ve embraced life as a nomad, volunteering, and have begun rebuilding my life. Since leaving NZ, I’ve dedicated myself to making a difference and growing professionally through volunteering opportunities in conservation and community development.
Hence the name Rewilding Sash (no one would have been able to spell Rewilding Saska).

PICFAIR
I have a PICFAIR page where you can buy my pictures in digital form, prints or on canvas.
I didn't know that life had so many lessons, experiences and spectacles in store for me. Each photo is taken in the midst of an experience I am in the grips of - it captures just a second of the story but suspends that small moment in time. These moments have shaped who I am today and I wanted to share some of moments I managed to capture along the way. Enjoy my photos - they are taken from all over the world - South Africa, New Zealand, Scotland, and when they are on your computer or on your wall - know that you are experiencing that life changing moment as well
